Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Corp. LTD(SAMC,上海飞机制造公司) became a commercial aircraft manufacturing center under COMAC (Commercial Aircraft Corp of China LTD.) in June 6, 2009.
SAMC was found in 1950, staring from aircraft repair. SAMC once repaired and modified over 3400 aircrafts for China air force, Navy and Civil Aviation. In 1970’s and onwards, SAMC successfully developed Y-10 and manufactured 35 MD82/83 and 2 MD90-30 for MD Company. Now, SAMC is undertaking the research and development of ARJ21-700 and C919.
SAMC owns final assembly capability, excellent components joint technique, test and calibration equipments with international standards, reliable human resource and QA system. SAMC is aiming at final assembly capability with key parts & components fabrication and aircraft repair capability. Position: Team leader of CFRP structure assembly technology
Responsibility1. Familiar with the development trend of CFRP structure assembly technology and implementation of core technology research;
2. Introduction and assimilation of advanced civil aircraft composite structure assembly technology from abroad, implementing worldwide exchange and cooperation;
3. Providing guidance on process examination of civil aircraft composite structure design, on aircraft assembly process development and the solution to the problems of key aircraft assembly technology;
4. Responsible for the composite structure assembly technology team building, providing the training for young technician;
5. Applying and managing for the national and local scientific research projects.
Criteria1. Long term working abroad in world famious research institute or firm in civil aircraft manufacturing, extensive experience in structure design and assembly process, familiar with civil aircraft structure, assembly process and the development of advanced automatic assembly technology;
2. Well understanding of the mechanical property and machining performance, the structure joint feature, assembly process and equipment of CFRP;
3. Outstanding research and development ability of composite aircraft structure assembly technology with achievemenst;
4. Rich experience in team building and in management;
5. Good cooperation spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills.
