Since we move to a new aptment right now, we wanna sublease our current 2 bedrooms in 3 bedroom aptment for small fee.
We ask
$280 for each bedroom. $500 for 2 bedroom. We will pay all of untilities for you.(gas,electricity,water included in your rent).
The aptement is
6 minutes from CTA redline LOYOLA station by walk. The neighborhood is very
safe and quiet, no problem walk during night.
All white people in the building and very nice people.
Since a girl still live in another room currentlly, We prefer to find girls to live there. Our roommate is very quiet and work at school most of time(come back to sleep at night).
It is incrediblely good price for someone who is looking for a place to stay for short-term. Supermarket is nearby. walk distance to the lake.
