Accounting Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates ymatou’s services to defined clients while representing the clients’ interests within the company and serving as the client’s liaison. Dedicated to better service and better improvements.
Job Specifications:
- Identifies client requirements
- Revenue generation responsibilities through up sells and opportunity identification
- Development and presentation of client business plans
- Manage cross departmental work as needed including long lead time project management and coordination with Business Development, IT, Logistics, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service Department.
- Determines internal schedule availability
- Compares prices in different channels, promotes platform services, defines process and related activities
- General consulting services for newly acquired merchants and sellers
- Provides quotation & contracts, acquires customer paperwork,
- Resolves issues either platform or logistics
Requirements:
- Mandarin/English speaking/writing/reading
- Strong client-service orientation
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- 3-5 years of experience in the e-commerce industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving
- Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
