2. Equity Analyst Responsibilities
*To provide fundamental research on industry and individual company, tohelp generate timely and accurate investment recommendations.
* To develop and maintain business contacts with management level, sell-side analysts and investment community peers.
* To participate in industry conferences, on-site visit, to gather first-hand information, to help enhance the investment process.
* To build financial models to accurately reflect companies' overall performance and valuation to help make sensible investment decisions.
*To track performance of respective companies that are part of theportfolio, and provide timely updates on individual companies orindustry.
* To support research and periodical publication activities.
Person Specification
* Over 2 years of experiences in industry research.
* BA Degree or above in related majors, and CFA is preferred.
* Knowledge of the industry dynamics, market conditions and competition patterns.
3. Sales Manager Responsibilities
* Designing distribution channel selection standard, training plan and program.
* Initial screening of distribution Agency.
* Organizing training for on-going distribution activities, and in charge of daily communication and relationship management with distribution channels.
* Assessment of selling performance of respective distribution agents; Proposing and implementing inventive scheme.
Person Specification
* Over 3 years of experiences in channel sales management of asset management industry.
* BA Degree or above in related majors.
* Knowledge of securities market, familiar with investment products.
* Good communication and presentation skill.
* Good service orientation and team work, could work under pressure.
4. Marketing Manager Responsibilities: l
* Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies for fund products.
* Select media resources in supporting fund products sales.
* Organize to design marketing and promotion materials.
