Position: Product Specialist (Location: Hong Kong)
Responsibilities：
The product specialist will be responsible to market Harvest Global Investments to the potential institutional investors, such as pension fund. The candidate needs to be very knowledgeable on the global equity market and especially China and Asian equity. He/she will be working closely with sales and investment team to develop the marketing material and present to various potential investors.
Requirements:
1．Finance, Economic or numerical related Master degree or above, preferably with a bachelor from top universities in China
2．Worked in the Asia Pacific or Emerging Market equity as analyst, PM or risk manager; can consider good candidates from Fixed Income as well
3. 5+ years related experience;
4. Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills. Has big picture of investment and broad knowledge.
5. Willing to travel, including China, Europe, Japan, and Australia.

Position: Institutional Product Manager (Location: Beijing, China)
Responsibilities:
1. Research and effectively communicate with clients on market trend, hot topics, market drivers and investment strategies;
2. Draft information and research reports, providing consultancy service to institutional investors;
Cooperate with account managers to do research on clients needs, risk return characteristics；
3. Initial new product ideas, communicate and cooperate with product team on new product development;
4. Analyze and understand the investment strategies and process; provide clients with timely communication and feedbacks; As main contact of investment team for clients, answer inquiries of varies investment related questions including strategies, process, return, attribution analysis，and draft & review publication materials；
5. Cooperate with sales and account managers, participating in client meetings and providing product or investment trainings.
6. Regularly assess the portfolio performance; optimize products based on attribution analysis.
Requirements:
1．Finance related Master, preferably with a bachelor of maths or computer, from top universities in China or abroad;
2．Top product designer experience from seller side,portfolio risk control experience from famous institutions preferred; systemic methods and thoughts on intuitional product design; be able to do product research and development independently; familiar with quantitative analysis and modeling;
3. 5+ years related experience;
4. Good oral and written communication skills, being able to explain profound theories in simple language;
5. Good organizing and coordination skills, being able to cooperate well with investment, sales, product and senior management team to achieve goals;
6. Being able to travel 2 days per week on average.
