因为家人来美租了新的apartment， 需要sublease现在住的房间。
剩余lease从 五月到七月，到期后可与房东续签。
房子位于 25th pl 夹 princeton，quite safe neighbourhood，容易街趴。 每天有大量警车停在26街和princeton上，绝对安全。交通便利，近chinatown，附近有很多特色餐馆。红线走路10分钟, 门口有IIT校车，到UIC开车10分钟，可步行到8路车站。房子概况
独栋singgle house, 意式古典装修风格，3bedroom。 最早是BP区alderman的自住房，现任房东买来后也是自住，后来因为工作变动才把房子出租。房子外观气派，为双层砖墙，南北向，质量一流，冬暖夏凉。 房子有宽敞的活动空间，带有台球桌 飞镖等娱乐设施。现有室友两人，均有工作，不常在家。
sublease的房间是master bedroom 主卧。150 square feet 左右。 有一个衣帽间，靠墙有一排入墙衣柜，有足够的储物空间。
