It is located on the corner of 55th St and S. Ingleside, just cross street to the U of Chicago Gym (Ratner Athletic Center) and 5-8 minute walking to the campus.
It has convenient public transportation-Bus #55, #171,#172 nearby and U of C North evening shuttle passing through. Quite and friend neighborhoods and safe place.
Your roommates are two responsible and considerable female professionals who are studying and working in U of C. We will share utilities. Since all windows were just replaced with energy-saving windows, the heating bill is inexpensive. All utilities would be about $20+~$50/month according the seasons. The bedroom will be available from 12/16/2010. The rental is $560.
A clean, easy-going and respectful and non-smoker is welcome. No pets.
