Job Title: International Business Development
Location: Beijing
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop international institutional clients, and acquire fee-based investment mandates and business cooperative opportunities through extensive research and networking;
2. Provide quality services and maintain strong relationship with clients;
3. Effectively analyze and diagnose each client's needs, and conduct product design and professional analysis in order to appropriately market ChinaAMC's investment capabilities, philosophies, products, and performances, etc;
4. Initiate and conduct meetings with clients, educating them on ChinaAMC's key points of differentiation in a clear and concise manner;
5. Make business development plans and conduct daily management of the responsible business field/ team;
6. Other tasks as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Keen interest in institutional clients development, product development, as well as other cross border business development;
2. Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skill, including ease with public speaking in both languages (presentations, road-shows, etc);
3. Highly motivated, logical thinker, attention to details, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
4. Willingness and ability to travel;
5. Uncompromised integrity and clean personal record;
6. Proficiency with Wind Financial, Bloomberg, Factset and Barra.

三、工作职责
1．通过对行业和公司的深入研究、趋势判断和前瞻研究，挖掘板块和个股的投资机会；
2．通过实地调研、收集数据和分析，撰写研究报告，出具行业和个股投资建议；
3．通过案头和数据分析，发现行业和公司的基本面变化趋势，提交投资建议；
4．跟踪行业和公司的重要数据、事项，为投资部门提供相关投资的决策支持。
四、任职要求
1．重点院校硕士或以上学历，具有扎实的金融、经济管理等领域专业知识，具有相关行业复合专业背景者优先；
2．具备1年以上基金、证券等金融相关行业投资研究经历（投资研究领域为海外的上市公司及行业）；
3．熟练掌握证券投资方面的专业知识，具备良好的财务分析技能，对行业分析和投资有热情；
4．优秀的学习领悟力、创新能力、逻辑推理能力和信息加工能力，对金融行业具有良好的敏锐度和洞察力；
5．高度责任心、事业心，优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，抗压能力强，具有良好的职业操守；
6．英语出色者优先（优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力），有海外留学或工作经验及通过CFA者优先。

5．独立进行股票投资与资产配置管理。
四、任职要求
1．重点院校硕士或以上学历，具有扎实的金融、经济管理等领域专业知识， 具有相关行业复合专业背景者优先；
2．具备3年以上基金、证券等金融相关行业投资研究经历（投资研究领域为海外的上市公司及行业），1年以上股票型基金海外投资管理经验，并有可验证的投资业绩；
3．熟练掌握证券投资方面的专业知识，具备良好的财务分析技能，对行业分析和投资有热情；
4．优秀的学习领悟力、创新能力、逻辑推理能力和信息加工能力，对金融行业具有良好的敏锐度和洞察力；
5．高度责任心、事业心，优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，抗压能力强，具有良好的职业操守；
