We have rooms to rent in a large new house. The rooms are just remodeled and they are very clean. The owners are a Chinese couple, who are kind and friendly. They are living upstairs of the house and looking for someone accountable.
There are four rooms in total. Two rooms downstairs and two rooms upstairs. They are asking for $290 per room or $500 per downstair unit. The house locates at 2310 S, trunbull ave, chicago, il 60623. There are buses commuting to UIC, China town and downtown, which takes about 10 mins. Very convenient transportation. Grocery stores are just at the conner.
