We are an international freight-forwarding company located in Oak Brook. We are currently seeking a positive and reliable Accounting/Administrative Assistant.
The optimal candidates for this position will possess the following:
- Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to details
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Accounting background
- "Can do" attitude
- Must have legal work status.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Process AR & AP transactions
- Review and pay monthly bills timely
- Filing, mailing, clerical work, & data entry
- Administrative support for Office, HR & Accounting
- Maintain/order office and kitchen supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Attend to occasional local errands
