Job Title: Imports Operations Coordinator (Entry level)
Duties
- Responsible for handling shipment bookings & routing requests for import/export (Air/Ocean)
- Coordinate import/export activities such as logging & tracking of shipments,scheduling pick-up and arranging delivery, generating invoices, etc.
- Work closely with customers, carriers and truckers
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Other Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Working experience in logistics industry a plus but not required
- Must have legal work status
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9.00am - 5:30pm
