A Chicago based Chinese travel company has an openingposition for Marketing Assistant:
Main Job duties:
Assist management to:
1. Createonline and offline content marketing strategy, monitor its execution andprovide effectiveness reports;
2. Manage,maintain and monitor product presence and campaigns across company‘s bilingualwebsites, online business platforms (Online store, mobile site), and social sites (Wechat, Weibo, Facebooketc)
3. Manage the content creation process byproducing articles, blog posts and videos.
4. Create marketing materials such asbrochures, flyers, digital media for brand exposure.
5. Research and analyze emerging marketing opportunities, industry trendsand data to drive critical business objectives.
6. Coordinate and represent products at special events and meetings.
Other Job duties:
1. Assist product development in different fieldsrelated to its main business.
2. Assist with business development.
3. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor or MBA degree with a focus on marketing, business, tourism, hospitality, journalism, PR or 3+ yrs experience in related field.
2. Fluency in written and verbal English is a MUST.
3. Fluency in verbal Mandarin is a MUST. Able toread and write Mandarin is a plus.
4. Passion in travel and international education.
5. Familiar with MS office suite. Use of PS or other graphic design software a plus.
6. Team worker.
7. Full time. Part-time considerable.
