销售助理
工作内容:
1. 在outlook下对接受到的email进行归类标记
2. 处理收到的客户询单和订单,录入系统
4. 接听电话包括但不限于询价,订单跟踪
5. 邮件告知客户发货信息
6.把分配到的采购产品,制作采购订单,跟供应商下单
7. 订单文件归档
Dealing withcomplaints
Taking informationfrom customers and entering it on a database
Taking paymentsinformation
Categorize allemails and send Order confirmation
Printing customers’PO and check availability of products
Enter PO intoQuickbook as sales order.
Sales invoice functionincluding posting of invoices produced.
Preparation ofvarious spread-sheets.
Maintaining recordsincluding collation of statistics as required.
Notification of anyconcerns to the Management team.
Ensuring Ark Pharmis always presented in a positive manner.
Compliance with allexisting systems, procedures and work practices.
Establishment ofexcellent interpersonal relationships with Ark Pharm clients, suppliers,sub-contractors, employees and other outside agencies.
Other duties may berequired as requested by the Office and Warehouse Manager.
工作时间:
1. 8:30am-5:30pm
2. 午休+吃饭1小时。
3. 每周一至五,工作5天
要求:
1. 工作细致认真,有责任心和上进心,努力完成交待的工作,学习能力强
2. 对工作抱有热情,乐于协助团队成员
3. 英语听说写熟练(需要接电话,写邮件)
4. 需合法身份报税,长期雇佣(短期勿扰)
5. 熟练掌握MS outlook, Excel,Word
6. 有相关经历者优先
