Walking-in closet with furniture. You just need to move in with luggage. The furnishing is among the best within the price range in this neighborhood. Landlord has also just redone the bathroom.
The landlord is a nice lady who is very prompt at fixing problems.
No lease required, one month deposit.$375/month, no utility included. The average utility per person is around 50 per month.
Your roommate is a UIC PHD female student who is tidy, quiet and very friendly.
