工作时间：
1. 8:30am-5:30pm
2. 午休1小时。
3. 每周一至五，工作5天



客服专员

工作内容：
1. 在outlook下对接受到的email进行归类标记
2. 处理收到的客户询单和订单，录入系统

4. 接听电话包括但不限于询价，订单跟踪

5. 邮件告知客户发货信息

6.把分配到的采购产品，制作采购订单，跟供应商下单
7. 订单文件归档



Job Description:
Deal with complaints
Take information from customers and entering it on a database
Take payments information
Categorize all emails and send Order confirmation
Printcustomers’ PO and check availability of products
Enter PO into system as sales order.
Sales invoice function including posting of invoices produced.
Preparation of various spread-sheets.
Maintain records including collation of statistics as required.
Notification of any concerns to the Management team.
Ensuring Ambeed is always presented in a positive manner.
Compliance with all existing systems, procedures and work practices.
Establishment of excellent interpersonal relationships with Ambeed clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, employees and other outside agencies.
Other duties may be required as requested by the Office and Warehouse Manager.

2. 对工作抱有热情，乐于协助团队成员
3. 英语听说写熟练（需要接电话，写邮件）
4. 需合法身份报税，长期雇佣（短期勿扰）
5. 熟练掌握MS outlook, Excel,Word
6. 有相关经历者优先
