•Development of system and software component level requirements for complex vehicle features and functions
•Embedded software development on microcontroller based electronic control modules using C programming language or Simulink
•Development of control algorithms using Model-based Controls Development process (Matlab/Simulink or other modeling tools)
•Functional simulation of developed models using data-replay or plant based closed-loop simulation technique
•Functional testing of vehicle/after-treatment system control functions
•Development and execution of functional validation test cases using acceptance criteria based on requirements
•Execution of functional test cases on industry-standard HiL (Hardware-in-the-loop) equipment
•Development of appropriate documentation to support process compliance
Basic Requirements
•Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Desired Skills•Embedded software development experience
•Familiarity with vehicle and after-treatment system physics
•Understanding of the development and analysis of dynamic control systems
•Strong desire to develop algorithms that work efficiently in real-time

2,EV Team ManagerThis position manages the EV team developing Controls and Software logic for all ECU applications including Engine Controls, Body Controls, Chassis Controls, and Predictive Cruise Controls etc.
The EV team Manager will also have exposure to or participate in the development of closed loop vehicle HIL system that is a critical tool in controls development and test.
Roles and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
•Management of the EV team.
•Development of control algorithms utilizing embedded software development process
•Development of controls software requirements, design, simulation, and tests of various electronic control systems
•Development of appropriate documentation to support process compliance
•Utilization of controls software tools and processes
•Functional simulation of developed design using data-replay or plant based closed-loop simulation techniques
•Contribute to the continuous improvement activities through participation in Lean projects, design standards, process improvements etc.
•Problem solving and implementing solutions to the controls software issues
Basic Requirements•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
•At least 8 years of experience in product design/development
•At least 1 year leading others in engineer/design activities

•Master’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
•At least 6 years of experience in product design/development

3,Prototype Vehicle TechnicianRoles and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
•Support the development of innovative and high-quality vehicles, including installing or replacing parts and integrating wiring, sensors and computers into existing platforms.
•Retrofit/modify prototype vehicles to accept new hardware designs.
•Diagnose and repair failures found with prototypes.
•Provide failure analysis and design concerns back to Engineering.
•Electrical and Mechanical fabrication as designed and specified by Engineering.
Requirements•3+ years’ experience working in an automotive dealership.
•Experience working with high voltage systems
•Able to correctly crimp pins, de-pin connectors, and correctly solder PCB components
•A fast learner and creative problem-solver
•Adaptable to changing needs, timelines, and processes
•Comfortable with ambiguity and asking questions
•Experience in mechanical hardware and/or electrical wiring
•Previous experience working within the autonomous vehicle industry, highly preferred
•Work independently and/or collaboratively as part of a team.
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
•Show attention to detail and accuracy.
•Have the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities/schedules.
•Excellent communication and written skills.

•Technical certification from accredited automotive training institution preferred.
