Job Description:GKOLED is looking for a team member who isn’t just good or interested in doing one same, repetitive warehouse task that they’re assigned to. We’re growing our team with individuals who can multitask and participate in all facets of warehouse operations, from picking, packing, shipping, receiving, auditing, to equipment operations and delivering local orders via our company van.
We are a rapidly growing company expanding our team to support our operations. The Warehouse Associate will participate in the day to day warehouse operations including but not limited to receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Associate will also be responsible for cleanliness of the warehouse and organization of the products and materials used throughout the day.
Beyond typical activities, warehouse team members often must reconfigure and rewire fixtures so any electrical experience or a strong desire to learn is essential. You should also have great customer service skills as we often make deliveries to local job sites and interact with customers over the phone.

Job Description:The role of the Warehouse Lead / Logistics Coordinator will be to lead the day-to-day warehouse operations including but not limited to receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of LED lighting and accessories. THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLE.
While this person will be processing orders alongside the warehouse associates, they will also be responsible for organizing their day based on the incoming workload for both online and offline new customer orders.
One of the biggest responsibilities of this position is ensuring that customer orders are processed on time and correctly following strict standard operating procedures.
Attention to detail and organization will be imperative to manage the orders precisely, track inbound/outbound shipments properly, create shipping labels and documentation, ensure the warehouse and associates workstations are organized, modify, and rewire lighting fixtures, label product correctly, control inventory, effectively communicate in a timely manner with sales regarding order status and ensure no mistakes are made by yourself or the warehouse team.
Additionally, taking on responsibilities such as cleaning, making deliveries, answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries, as well as occasionally opening and closing the office will be required.
Ideal Candidate:Someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and detail oriented with a couple of years of warehousing/logistics experience that is looking for an opportunity to join a rapidly growing commercial led lighting manufacturer and wholesaler.
The ability to learn and take initiative is must, along with good interpersonal skills to communicate with colleagues, vendors, customers, and international counterparts.
