We are a grain product transloading company located in Oak Brook. We are currently seeking a positive and reliable Accounting Specialist.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Performs AR and AP functions by following policies, procedures and internal controls
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments for vendors
Performs daily bank reconciliations and credit card activities monitoring
Performs data entry with high accuracy
Review and organize accounting files in a timely manner
Assists with month-end and year-end Financial Reporting preparation
Assists with annual budget process including preparation of templates for input from departments and creation of budget reports for the next fiscal year
Perform other related duties as directed or as the situation dictates
