Room is average sized. It easily fits a double size bed, a large desk, and some storage as well. There are TV and dining table in the living room. The kitchen and restroom are very clean. There is a back porch for grill or other activities.
The apartment is in a good condition. Landlord recently replaced the windows, the blinds, and back porch.
Coin laundry is equipped in the basement.
You will share the apartment with a Chinese student from IIT.
Room will be available from June 1. One year contract required.

目前有一位室友住在另一個房間，室友是IIT中國男學生。
