Citibank (China) Co., Ltd
Citi first established an office in China on May 15, 1902, in Shanghai. In April 2007, Citi was among the first international banks to locally incorporate in China. CCCL has been granted the approval from China Banking Regulatory Commission (“CBRC”) to open a branch in the city of Chongqing. The Chongqing branch represents the ninth branch of CCCL.

The new branch will offer a comprehensive range of product and service offerings tailored to Citi's diverse customer base, including multination corporations, top-tier local corporations, financial institutions, small and medium enterprises, and retail customers. Citi's consumer banking business, which continues to play a leading role in the introductions of new and innovative products to China, will focus on the provision of a comprehensive range of general banking services. 1. Citigold Relationship Manager (个人银行贵宾理财经理)

PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·To outsource and develop affluent market prospects through different channels
·To proactively sell and cross-sell consumer banking products and services to targeted customer to meet their financial needs
·To achieve the pre-set sales and service goal under increasing customer demand and keen market competition
·To establish, maintain and manage good relationship with customers and deliver highest level of service

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS)

·High Integrity
·University graduate with min. 4-5 years working experience
·In-depth knowledge of the enlisted products and services and the related branch operations and procedures, system and technology

4. Wealth Management Specialist (个人银行 投资顾问)

POSITION SUMMARY

Primary responsibility is to build the wealth management business for the branch(s) assigned, so that the business targets in terms of the wealth management revenues and AUM growth are met or exceeded, while strictly adhering to the Bank's compliance requirement and that of local
regulatory bodies.

POSITION OBJECTIVES
·Jointly accountable with branch relationship managers for delivering revenue
in wealth management of assigned branch(s)
·To ensure good quality of sales in wealth management products by relationship managers for responsible branch(s)
·Support and participate in various marketing activities, seminars and customer meetings
·Upgrade and maintain professionalism of sales staff / relationship managers in wealth management areas through provision of training and coaching to them

COMPLEXITY/BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS
·Competition: Stiff competition from local brokers/distributors/banks
·Customer expectations: The customer expects active management of his portfolio and expects regular updates on markets and its impact on his portfolio
·To ensure that the risks involved in investments products is understood by all the relationship managers and is conveyed properly to customers to ensure that there is no customer dissatisfaction
·To constantly update the knowledge of dynamically changing micro and macro economic parameters and understand its impact on financial products and customer portfolios. This information is to disseminate to relationship managers to be conveyed to the customers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility to clients
·Handles complex customer relationship and interacts with top tier customers requiring sophisticated products and management
·When required in direct customer contact, assist customers in assessing risk preference through systematic profiling process and recommend wealth management products that best suit customers' needs
·Actively support the team / branch to deliver quality sales and service and other Bank's initiatives

Responsibility to each other
·Ensures complete and correct product knowledge dissemination to the relationship managers associated
·Maintain constant review of the market and customers and provide feedback through supervisors to relevant departments to enable them to develop the market, place products and programs

·Provide training and coaching to branch sales staff on investment / treasury updates

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE NEEDED
·possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in business / finance / economics. Additional professional accreditation like Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) would be an added advantage.
·Strong knowledge of financial markets and wealth management investment products (mutual funds, bonds, structured products, FX, derivatives)
