HR Office Admin
This position is to assist the company to implement the HR programs and activities as well as coordinating office related tasks as assigned. Finance Manager
Cross-border international E-Commerce trading with currency exchange accounting (RMB/USD) background, responsible for day to day and entire finance operation. Detail-oriented, reliable, strong verbal/written communication skills (Mandarin/English reading/speaking/writing). Familiar with US legal accounting compliance, working with China accounting team to consolidate statements. Prepare financial statements for auditing, perform cost control and analysis. Service Supervisor
yMatou marketplace platform is seeking for a professional, dedicated, responsible and reliable, service supervisor to support our US sellers and oversee the night-shift service team in China to provide high quality customer service and improve the experience. General responsibility includes understanding the seller business process and issues, guide and train the China service team to work independently to support the customers and resolve issues efficiently in a timely manner. Warehouse Manager Position Summary (E-Commerce)
Energetic, skilled, responsible, detailed-oriented; aggressive and highly motivated, organized, experienced individual with E-Commerce warehousing and fulfillment background approximately 20K+ packages on daily basis. The ideal candidate has demonstrated prior success in warehouse & distribution management. They will be responsible for all functions in our LAX warehouse and assisting company to establish the professional operation and oversee the other global hub locations throughout US, Europe, Australia, Japan and China. Strong passions in the cross border E-Commerce industry. Great potential with career growth. 40-50% travelling within the states or overseas is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manages all areas of the warehouse and fulfillment operations, efficient workflow process design
- This is a working management position. The ideal candidate will be able to balance working in the warehouse, managing the warehouse staff members, and completing the other functions of the job
- Ensures average 20,000 orders per day non-peak and peak go out on schedule
- Hires and fires as needed through temp agency, part-time or direct hire, trains and manages warehouse staff on a daily basis
- Maintains shipment accuracy rate and monitor by KPI.
- Consistently review and work on the best practices and cost control
- Performs audits of staff packaging and shipping to ensure these standards are met.
- Trains and leads staff to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost goals

Requirements :

- 5-7 years E-Commerce warehouse/distribution and fulfillment management experience
- This is an E-Commerce company, ability to effectively use computers is a MUST! Strong knowledge on 3PL, WMS, AWS system will be a PLUS!
- Demonstrated excellence and skill with regard to critical-thinking and analysis
- Able to establish, clearly communicate, and implement team goals and priorities
- Experience with process optimization and project planning.

The ideal candidates may have past work experience with USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, or other international carriers. The role will be responsible for global E-Commerce carrier to oversee the entire route management and operation. Best practice work flow design, process consolidation, local, air freight management, coordination with China Custom and affairs team. strong sense of urgency control, exception management and decision-making, able to balance the cost and delivery efficiency. 2 x Web Development Business Analyst Position Summary(one for ymatou.com and another one for xlobo.com)

Business analyst position preferably with E-Commerce marketplace platform “seller dashboard” website development background. The primary function is to understand the requirements from both sellers and YMT business operation through interview surveys, workshops, existing procedures or documentations. Coordinate in between the technical, operation and sellers constantly to add, modify, refine and improve the front-end seller dashboard process. The role is responsible for gathering, researching, and documenting requirements and later collaborate with technical team to frame out and translate these requirements into meaningful user experiences and ensuring quality product. The ultimate goal is to enable 70% and above sellers to use our dashboard online with the supplement of tutorials and self-explanatory guidelines with less human support as possible.
