Hi, there， 吉屋转租！！！（424， West Diversey， Pkwy）I am about to move to Denver for a new jobI've lived in this great place for half a year, and I enjoyed almost every part of it. The rest of the lease is Mar-August, and the rent is $895+electricity(around $20/m), internet, water and heat are included.The location (424 West Diversey Pkwy) of this building is great: on your left side, hospital, Lincoln Park and bus station to downtown is within in 1 minute walk; on your right side, Trader Joe's, Walmart, TJmax, 24hour Walgreen and tons of cafés,restaurants and bars are within your 5 minutes walk.
The studio is small, but everything in the studio is very new. Because it is remodeled 2 years ago, so you definitely will enjoy the clean toilet and clean kitchen.
