General Bookkeeping
Desired Qualifications: Candidate should have an Associate's degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent business experience, as well as a knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of
QuickBooks accounting software.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Maintain daily communication with HQ regarding all accounting needs
- Daily monitoring of A/R
- Process daily credit card payments from clients submitting orders
- Issue invoices to customers
- Ensure that receivables are collected promptly
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
- Issue financial activity reports as required by management
- Proficient with Excel and Word
- Communicate with customers regarding question or issues with invoicing or payments
- Ability to liaise between customers and customer service team
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years Bookkeeping experience.
Language Requirement: English & Mandarin Chinese
