1. Chinese Speaking Food Buyer Job Description
*MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND WRITE CHINESE. AT LEAST ONE YEAR WORKING EXPERIENCE. FOOD BUYING EXPERIENCED IS A PLUS*

Food Buyer Duties:
-Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones
-Finding the right suppliers
-Selecting new products and reviewing the old ones
-Negotiating prices with Vendors
-Coordinating with Traffic and Warehousing for timely and efficient movement of inbound and outbound orders.
-Sourcing and developing new products or business opportunities
-Monitoring and managing the efficient resolution of gains, losses, and aged inventory to achieve Company goals.
-Just In time Inventory control by maintaining accurate forecast information in buying system adjusting for seasonal fluctuations and ad needs.
Job Requirements:
-Experience in buying food products is preferred and must be fluent in Chinese.
-Decision making, excellent communication & organizational skills, strong analytical and PC skills
-Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Marketing, Supply Chain or Food Related major preferred.
2. Chinese Speaking Accounting ClerkJob Description
MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND WRITE CHINESE
Must be Green Card Holder or US Citizen.

- Match vendors’ invoices with purchase order and bill of lading.
- Pay different vendors according to different payment terms.
- Operating expenses payment.
- Monthly bank reconciliation and paperwork filing.
- Assist Finance Manager with Month-end closing.
- Associate's degree or above; Relevant experience preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented and flexible.
3. 仓库工作人员 工作职责：
- 备货，装货、卸货等工作

- 须有绿卡或公民身份4. Assistant to ExecutiveResponsibilities
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing the active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Researches prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments; maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both Chinese and English, with an expert level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, external partners and vendors.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
