1. Shipping & Receiving Associate ( 倉庫工作人員)
Job Description:The Shipping & Receiving Clerk supports the shipment and receipt of goods produced, goods received, and supplies to be used in production. The position interacts and at times takes direction from Production manager, Purchasing, and Inventory Clerk. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk reports to the Production Manager.
Primary Responsibilities· Responsible for accurate counts of incoming and outgoing goods and accurate labeling of boxes based on corresponding Purchase Order and Sales Order.
· Responsible for inspecting incoming goods to ensure damage has not occurred during shipment.
· Responsible for assisting in cycle counts on a daily, weekly, monthly basis or as requested.
· Assists in arrangements for pick-up by the carrier specified on customer purchase order conveyed.
· Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Required Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Able to fill out Bills of Lading.
· Familiar with Excel and Word.
Education and Experience· High School Diploma required.
Physical demands and Work Environment· Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
· Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment that at times can be loud and cold.
Foreign Languages- Chinese and/or Spanish preferred

2. The Maintenance Coordinator
Job Description – will be intensely collaborating with the business operational team and technicians/contractors. This position is responsible for providing leadership in driving the site maintenance department and help drive continuous improvement in the business site as it relates to preventative maintenance on all equipment in the facility. Additionally, the position will be used as a sounding board in the planning, design and implementation of equipment changes and changes with value stream of the manufacturing site.
