Job description:Supervise, coordinate, and guide each agent (including passenger and cargo staffs in ramp, flight dispatch, engineer, security, and catering service) to work in accordance with request. Inform relevant departments and sales department of any status and problems of the agent in a timely manner.
Provide all related customer services including general service inquiry, booking/ticketing, rescheduling, special service request and all other matters via phone, email and direct face-to-face communication
Other related tasks from the Office and Company
Job Type: Full-time
Requirements:- Must obtain and maintain a DOA/Access Control and US security badge
- Fluent Chinese(Mandarin)&English
- Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks while paying attention to customer service
- Citizen or Green Card
Desired Skills:- Familiar with basic office software and computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
- Proven troubleshooting & independent problem solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently under guidance
- Excellent communication skills and cooperate with colleagues
- At least 1 year of Airline/Travel Agency is a PLUS
- Familiar with TravelSky system (eTerm) knowledge is a PLUS
