China Merchants Fund Management Co., Ltd. (CMF) was the first Joint Venture Fund Management Company approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). The company was formally launched on December 27, 2002. China Merchants Bank, China Merchants Securities and ING Asset Management each holds 33.4%, 33.3% and 33.3% share of CMF, respectively. CMF was registered in Shenzhen with 210 million Yuan registered capital. The main businesses of the company include launching of funds, fund management and other businesses permitted by CSRC.

Position 1 : Portfolio Manager（Domestic Funds in China）
Number of Job Available: 1-2 Location: Shenzhen
CMF is seeking investment experts to join the team. This position will play a critical role in our domestic (China) asset management, directly reporting to the head of Equity investment Department.
Responsibilities include a combination of the following depending on the qualifications of the candidate:
(1) As a fund manager, responsible for portfolio investment to meet and exceed performance goals.
(2) Determine investment plan, make investment decisions and manage daily operations base on the investment decision committee.
(3) Attend business functions and maintain good business relationships with key clients.
Requirements:
(1) Master’s degree or above in Financial Investment, Economics, or related fields.
(2) At least 5 years of experience in portfolio management.
(3) Experience in domestic A-shares will be a plus.
(4) Comprehensive knowledge of equity investing in domestic China market.
(5) Energetic and enthusiastic about investment, excellent communication and organization skills, works well in a team environment
(6) Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Position 2 : Profolio Manager（QDII Product）
Number of Job Available: 1-2 Location: Shenzhen
CMF is seeking Investment expert to join for developing foreign investment. This position will play a critical role in our QDII product investment.
Responsibilities may include a combination of the following depending on the qualifications of the candidate.
(1) Manage non-China Securities Market investment and research;
(2) Will be the Portfolio Manager of QDII product.
(3) Communicate and handle the relationship with non-China investment cooperation institution.
(4) Attend marketing activities to exploit internal client.
(5) Offer professional skill support to QDII product design.
Requirements:
(1) Master’s degree or above in investment, economic, or so on;
(2) At least 3 years experience in industry research, Energy and resource industry is perfect.
(3) At least 5 years of experience with Mutual fund’s portfolio management and at least 3 years in non-China market.
(4) Familiar with financial Market and investment tools.
(5) High passion on investment, good in communication and cooperation and organization skill.
(6) Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Position 3 : Equity Analyst（Oversea Securities Market）
Number of Job Available: 1-2 Location: Shenzhen
CMF is seeking Senior Equity analyst to join for developing foreign investment.
Responsibilities may include a combination of the following depending on the qualifications of the candidate.
(1) Manage non-China Securities Market research.
(2) Contribute to enhance current stock selection and monitor processes.
(3) Conduct researches, which includes Writing research report, attending analyst meetings and conferences.
(4) Offer professional skill support to QDII product design.
Requirements
(1) Bachelor degree or above in investment, economic, or so on.
(2) At least 2 years experience in Equity research, Energy and resource industry is perfect.
(3) Confident decision maker with Solid analytical skills.
(4) High passion on investment, good in communication and cooperation and organization skill.

Position 4 : Product Designer
Number of Job Available: 1-2 Location: Shenzhen
CMF is seeking Senior Product Designer to join for developing product designer. This position will Report to GM and work with a team as leader.
Location: China (Shenzhen)
Responsibilities may include a combination of the following depending on the qualifications of the candidate.
(1) Selecting, developing and originating managed products i.e. Mutual Funds.
(2) Communicate and work close with Porfolio manager.
(3) Update and share oversea fund product development.
(4) Communicate and handle the relationship with government institution.
Requirements:
(1) 3 years' or above relevant experience in Fund Product Design.
(2) Extensive relevant experience on Managed Assets including Long Only Mutual Funds / Private Equity / Managed Account programs.
(3) Familiar with the procedure and tools of Fund Design.
(4) Innovative thinker willing to share and develop ideas with others.
(5) Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.

工作职责：
