Women’s Health Program-Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program
Title of position: Patient Navigator
The Michael Reese Research and Education Foundation has an opening for a Patient Navigator in its Women’s Health Program. The Program is funded by the Illinois Department of Health, Office of Women’s Health and Family Services with an IBCCP grant and The Michael Reese Research and Education Foundation. The IBCCP provides free breast and cervical cancer screenings to Illinois uninsured and underinsured women.
The candidate should have a passion for women’s health. The Patient Navigator assists the Program Manager with various aspects of patient care including office/clinical duties, record keeping and educating women about the IBCCP and breast and cervical cancer screening.
Full Time position, 40 hours per week (includes occasional weekend and evening hours)

Location: Roseland Community Hospital
Required experience: 1-2 years’ experience in a social service organization, community-based organization (CBO) or healthcare.
Required skills: High school degree, Bachelors preferred, proficient in English and Chinese. (verbal and written) Computer Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
