1, Commercial Loan Officer (Mid-Senior level) – Chicago, IL
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
· Identify, explore and analyze potential loan markets in relation to syndicated loans, commercial real estate leans and trade finance loans
· Develop and maintain client relationship for both potential and existing clients
· Exercise appropriate account management plans and systems to maintain and deepen the existing account relationship and maximize profitability
· Prepare and oversee the preparation and closing of loans
· Coordinate, examine and monitor financial information and the associate written analysis of risk exposures
· Mange entire loan portfolio to minimize risk and maximize profitability
· Supervise and provide guidance to Account Officers as necessary
· Oversee the operational control of all steps in the loan procedure
Requirements:
· 4-10 years of working experience in commercial lending
· Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration or equivalent
· Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin
· Experience in dealing with Chinese companies or Fortune 500 companies is a big plus

2, Trade Services Officer – (Mid to Senior level)
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
· Develop clients and business in Trade Finance area, including (but not limited to) solicit targets corporate clients; establish business relationships and promote bank products and services to prospective clients; understand client needs and identify potential business opportunities with prospective clients; evaluate deals and negotiate deal terms with partners and/or prospective clients
· Responsible of client relationship management, including (but not limited to) maintain client relationship by understanding clients’ feedback of bank products and service in order to offer satisfactory products and services to clients; ensure timely delivery of clients’ feedback of bank products and services to internal department and senior management and work internally to meet client needs
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, finance, marketing or related fields
· Sales/Marketing oriented required; Trade strategy is a plus
· At least 5 year experience in trade service
· Familiar with trade finance products and service. Have extended experience in Letter of Credit, Stand-by Letter of Credit, receivable, payable and inventory supply chain business.
· Sales and marketing oriented. Strong banking knowledge
· Excellent communication and writing in a business environment
· Bilingual is a plus

3, Senior Accountant in a big Chinese bank in Chicago
Requirements:
· 4-6 years of working experience
· At least 4 years of accounting experience
· At least 3 years of banking or financial services experience
· Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
· Bilingual in Chinese and English is a plus
Responsibilities:
· Managing the general ledger system, review daily batch journal posting and oversee monthly closing procedures
· Supervise and approve staff accountants’ analysis and reconciliation of accounts
· Evaluate and verify the accuracy and integrity of fixed asset accounting records
· Maintain and update the Operational Policies and Procedures Manual of the Accounting Department
· Coordinate all auditing performed internally, externally, and from OCC examiners
· Provide assistance to branch management in internal management and expense control
· Maintain CED requirement
· Provide monthly reports to Management
· Facilitate and prepare annual budget assumption
· Serve as primary contact for Fedline problems, updates and notifications
· Receive, assign and return the incoming batches of ACH transactions as appropriate
· Supervise Check Processing
· Facilitate operation fund borrowing as appropriate
· Ensure routine activities comply with Federal, IRS, and state law regulations
· Understand, comply and monitor activities under all applicable laws and regulations
· Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Bank’s policies and applicable laws
