The RoleWe're looking for Java Developers to join our growing team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our mission-critical Java applications. You'll work closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional software that meets our clients' needs and helps our clients achieve their goals.

- Design, develop, test, and debug Java applications.
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from concept to deployment.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with teammates to identify and prioritize requirements.
- Develop and implement unit tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Java technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of Java syntax, object-oriented programming principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with common Java frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Must be proficient in Mandarin.
- Understanding of how IT consulting firms operate.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
