✨ Position: Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager (Laser Equipment)
What You'll Do:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the laser cutting and welding equipment sector
Understand client needs and recommend suitable laser solutions
Manage the full sales cycle – from initial contact and quotation to negotiation and closing deals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Collaborate with the engineering and after-sales team to ensure client satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, or related fields
Experience in industrial equipment sales is a plus; laser equipment knowledge is a huge advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
Ability to travel for client visits and trade shows when needed
Bonus for Overseas Sales Role:
Proficiency in English (required), additional language skills are a plus
Experience with B2B exports or working with international distributors
