' It is better downstream of the dam because the chemical that enter the water from runoff breaks down the farther south it goes, but right by the dam, I think levels get so high at times that it stops the spring spawning runs. This year we had no run for Walleye or White Bass at all. If we had a spawn it had to be south of here. JUST MY OPINION YOU UNDERSTAND.'
