The price for the living room is $180, small bedroom is $200 and big bedroom is $220 (deposit is $200 each). The larger bedroom was occupied . So, you can choose the living room or the small bedroom. No lease, one month notice before you leave.
The apartment is very close to #8 bus stop (5 min) and some shopping stores. The landlord is very nice.
No pet, No smoking and No over night guest. Female Only.
