We are hiring Sales/Marketing Assistant to assist with sales and marketing process. Sales/Marketing Assistant serves as support for our new product selling, communicates with customers and internal departments and maintains customer relationship.
Main Responsibilities：
Learn and understand our new product, answer phone calls and present new product to customers in simple, effective and persuasive terms
Assistant sales managers to evaluate customers needs to promote new product
Engage with new customers, establish and maintain close relationships with customers
Communicate effectively with customers, handle customers’ basic inquiries and provide marketing analysis to managers
Work with software developers and other team members and bring suggestions and new ideas to team
Job Requirements：
Able to suggest and create powerful, promotional marketing material
Create and deliver sales analytic reports
Self motivated
Results and financially motivated
Have great attention to details
Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
