回复 5楼drfcheng的帖子As far as I know, if the image is obtain in a studio where a client/photographer relationship exists, then it depends on agreement with the client, generally not a good idea for one's business. However, if the image is taken in a setting public in nature, especially if the models participate knowingly in such a public model shoot event, you don't really need a model release as long as the image is not use for commercial purpose, like in an advertisement/endorsement.
Of course it is a good idea to take down the image if the model objects.
