A full-time research assistant at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
This position requires the following essential qualities:- B.A. or above
- High level speaking and writing skills in both English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access as well as statistical software packages (such as SAS, SPSS, and STATA) preferred
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a medical education or health professional training environment preferred.
General Duty Summary:A project assistant with Chinese language skills will assist with project implementation under the direction of the Administrator and Principal Investigator.
Duties will include literature searches for medical education reform, management of the project advisory committees, personal assistance to international faculty and students during their visits, translation as needed for curricular materials, project administration, and project teleconferences, and other duties as assigned.
