2 years tax returns.. personal and business (they must get income from the business?)

2 months bank statements (all pages.. even if blank or seemingly irrelevant)

Copies of their driver’s licenses/visas

IF they own the apartment here, we need to see the following:

·         Latest mortgage statement

·         Homeowner’s insurance information

·         Amount of association dues if any
